Processing time per order for 1-3wigs takes 4-5 weeks and above will require more processing time.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our factory to the destination. International delivery takes 2-5 business days.

Our shipping is handled by Dhl shipping company.

Please contact us within 5days after receiving your order if it has obvious manufacturing defect, such as size, style or color mismatch of the placed order.

once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, upon authorized return request. The item can be shipped to the address provided to you.

The refund would be made to buyers initial payment account used to order the item.

Buyer is to pay for the return shipping fee.
